CANCELLATION POLICY  

At Prismaticfashions, managed by Bizquirk Innovation Private Limited, our priority is to provide you with a seamless and worry-free shopping journey. In this policy, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bizquirk Innovation Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to you, our esteemed shoppers. We understand that purchasing decisions may change, and you might need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation guidelines below for clarity:  

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch  

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or prior to it being dispatched, whichever comes first.  

To initiate a cancellation, kindly reach out to our customer care team through email.  

Your refund, if eligible, will be issued in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Dispatched  

Once in transit, an order cannot be cancelled. However, you may proceed with a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Changes  

Currently, we are unable to accommodate modifications to items or shipping addresses once an order is placed. In such cases, the order must be cancelled (if eligible), and a new order should be placed.
