RETURNS & REFUND POLICY  

At Prismaticfashions, operated by Bizquirk Innovation Private Limited, we are dedicated to providing you with a reliable and stress-free shopping experience. Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” represent Bizquirk Innovation Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Returns and Refunds Policy. If an item needs to be returned, the process and conditions are clearly explained below for your convenience.  

Eligibility for Returns  

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.   
     
  • All accessories such as tags, labels, boxes, and covers must be included in their original state.   
     
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration will not qualify for return .   
     
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team.   
     
  • Returns that do not comply with these criteria will not be accepted.  

How to Submit a Return  

Step 1: Submit Your Request   
Send an email with your Order ID and reason for return to bizquirkinnovationpvtltd@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence   
If you receive the wrong, defective, or damaged product, share clear photos to assist us in resolving promptly.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions   
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed guidance on how to proceed with the return.  

Please note: We reserve the right to decline any return that does not comply with our guidelines.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

After your returned item is received, our team will carefully inspect it to confirm that it meets the stated return conditions. After review, you’ll receive notification regarding refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment source within 5–7 business days, followed by a confirmation email.  

Partial Refunds  

In certain cases, if an item partially meets the return requirements (e.g., minor wear, missing packaging, or incomplete condition), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products  

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process the issue quickly, include clear photos or videos of the product in your email.
