Shipping Coverage  

Currently, we offer shipping services exclusively within India. Orders to destinations outside India are not available at this time.  

Order Processing Time  

Once your order is successfully placed, our team will start processing it within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Following order processing, an email confirmation with all order and shipment information will be sent to you.  

Estimated Delivery Time  

Your purchase is expected to reach you in 3–8 business days. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery so you can enjoy your purchase without delay.  

Unsuccessful Deliveries  

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you may request a re-delivery.  

Damaged or Missing Shipments  

Please inform our support team within 48 hours if your delivery is damaged. Photographic evidence may be required to help us resolve the issue quickly.  

For lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate the matter. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer either a replacement item or a full refund.
